Experiment in In-home Hydroponics, part 1
This is so amazing! I read an FB post that shows, if you cutoff the end of a romaine lettuce stalk and placed it in water. A few days later you will have a head of lettuce!
So I gave it a go! Here are my results.
After 1 day.
After 2 weeks, I was able to cut it from top to stem to make a delicious green salad.
However, after one trim it was unusable. I would have to start all over with a new stem. But the salad was delicious and fresh!!
